join us for first friday family swim!

Celebrate First Friday the Fitness Alive way — with Family Swim Night at Fitness Works! Our monthly open-swim night is open to one and all, and it's open house-style, too, which means you can come and splash around any time during the two-hour window. This is a time for families to relax, have fun, make new friends and enjoy the pool. You can also meet some of our instructors, and kids can complete a swim skills assessment prior to joining our small-group classes. Advanced sign up is not required, but strongly encouraged to guarantee your entry; besides, you'll get a discount, too! See below! You'll find details about each month's swim night over on our Facebook page's Events tab.

The Details

*What You Need to Know*
1. Non-potty-trained children need to wear swim diapers. Children in regular diapers won't be allowed in the pool.
2. Parents/adults are responsible for their own kids and their kids' safety, so we ask that for every TWO children, there is ONE adult present. This ratio will be strictly enforced — no exceptions.
3. Be sure to bring your own towels and, if you want them, goggles.
4. There are locker rooms with lockers and showers where you can change. If you want to use a locker, be sure to bring your own lock.
